We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent! So helpful and kind. Our room was a bit small but over all very nice and clean. The restaurant was very good too. And the location is awesome. Right on Michigan Avenue close to shops and only a couple blocks away from the train. I would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable location. Right next to Hancock building. Lake view. Rooms are clean, comfortable, spacy, everything great. The parking is amazing (private valet parking) and life saver. 83 $ per day, which is reasonable given the location (in and out). Also very good lake views (I sayed at 21 floor)

I liked the people who greeted me at the desk I liked the dining facility and the quality of the food Best of all… the service. A waiter named Ryan pleased me and my guests He was exceptional. I am 96 and have traveled the world… so I know The front desk people all smiled

The overall ambience was quite pleasant and comfortable. Great breakfast in the restaurant. The bar was cozy with great drinks and food. The location is beautiful on the upper magnificent mile. It is also pet friendly, which was an added bonus for us.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm, not too soft. Excellent location. The staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful. Also, the HVAC system was very quiet. That was great and unusual for most hotels.
